would anyone be interested in divulging how much rental they have achieved this year, not in monetary terms but in the number of weeks they obtained??
the complex to which i belong, san lucido, promised owners two weeks rental.
not a lot i know, and a lot of owners use other methods like owners direct, this forum, and other websites to get some rental.
but it would be interesting to know if owners are able to cover their outlay with rental income.
as i said in a previous post some owners are going to be out of pocket unless there is a substantial push by authorities to increase tourism in calabria.
best wishes to all .tony mccready

Hi Tonymccready,
I don't mind telling you my experience this year.
I have had 5 weeks rentals and have just about covered my expenses. It is down on last year which had a few weeks rental more than this year and more than covered my costs.

Hi again,
I did mean to tell you that I have an apartment in the Capo Vaticano area on the west coast. Location is important for setting rental costs. I believe that you can get better rents on the west coast as opposed to the east coast.
