Hi Everyone
I am having a huge problem contacting Enel in Calabria by e mail or telephone from the UK.

Does anyone out there have any details that they can pass onto me?

Any advice will be helpful.

Thanks

Hi Glenn

You can't email Enel/SEN

Telephone:
0039 02 30172011
Number for any inquiry for callers from abroad. The cost of the call is charged to you and depends on your carrier.
Active from 7 to 22 daily from Monday to Sunday (excluding national holidays).

Lorica

Glenn,
Log onto the Enel/Sen website using Google chrome as your browser as it'll give you the English translation. You can then apply to them to pay by direct debit. It takes some weeks before it is authorised.
You can also apply by filling in the DD mandate form which you will find on the last page of your Enel/Sen bill and send it to your CheBanca branch.
I covered myself by using both methods and it appears to have worked out alright. You can also apply for your bills to be sent by email.
Good luck
