Advice please.

Whilst we all have our own apartments snagged before completion who is it down to to have the shared parts of a condominium snagged??

I dont know, what does your final deed of sale say about the ownership of the communal areas?

Well I suppose then until you find out who owns the communal areas, you wont know who is responsible for snagging them.

I think you can get a copy of the final deed directly from the notary.
