Dear all,

the forum has been moved to another country where we have a greater protection from the odd bully. If you encounter any problems please let me know by pm.

The terms of use of this forum has not been changed however - please ensure you always post the truth, but know that we will stand by you and not remove it unless instructed by the law.

We have incurred some costs doing this and if you appreciate your new freedom of speech please let us know by clicking on some of the ads or by sending us a donation:

Happy posting!

Dennis.

I have donated. Just so people know, it takes you to a link to donate just £1

Can I thank Dennis for having the guts to stand up to this pressure. There is truthful information on how people have lost money, do not have valid planning permissions, do not have valid Bank Guarantees and have suffered really bad service.

People are empowered sharing this information. Please continue to post factual information. If you post your experiences it helps others seek justice as they know they are not alone.

By the way Dennis - As someone who has suffered badly I was going to donate £ 100!!

Thanks for changing the PayPal link Dennis, I've just donated £ 100 as promised. I really appreciate InCalabria allowing free speech to continue, you are a decent person and can't thank you enough.

Even if everybody donated a few pounds it all helps. Remember free speech is important - people fought in wars to protect it. Donate a few pounds now.

I am also greatly appreciative on how this forum inspires and motivates people to help and advise on current and future situations that we all face as investors in this beautiful place called Calabria. I hope to be in Pizzo Beach in September can we arrange to meet and show our support my wife and I have no problem donating funds to In Calabria. Thank You.

I would like echo everything that Pastaman has said – it takes guts to so visibly stand your ground Dennis, and without this forum I would have been lost and not been able to pursue my case with the relevant authorities. I’m sure the same goes for a lot of forum members. Shared knowledge is power . . . . . and that’s why they are so desperate to get you shut you up. Just my opinion of course.

Donation made with thanks.

Hi Dennis,
clicked on the link, but it says that I'm not authorised to read the forum...
Am I doing something wrong?

I am new to this forum. From reading some articles I think I am way behind the wave on my vital issue but I would be grateful if someone could give me a short briefing on any current info anyone has regarding the activities of G&L and its principal Gabrielle Giambrone.

I paid a deposit to G&L, they never passed it to the developer. They say they cannot identify my money but acknowledge receipt of it. I have endured the pass-the buck answers- and no replies-for nearly two years (Brendan Dine, Katy Beatty,Kieran Klingenberg, Martin Kilbride).

I feel I will never see my money again but I would at least like to nail someone to a wall (metephorically speaking).

Thanks in advance for any info you can give.

Ben

If you go into the Broad index/West coast/Borgonova you might find some one there who could answer your questions.

Its not really a registered user, the forum simply figures out that some requests come from Googles bot based on the user agent string, I presume.
