Heard a little whisper this week that VFI may be on the move. They are allegedly still keeping a presence in Calabria and are talking to another local property agent to look after their interests here.

I stress this is only a rumour but it may have substance as they have just released a nice development on the beautiful Amalfi coast.

its not a rumor its true, seems like Valardo will be happy going near Naples where it is his hometown and his local "friends" will support him better , since the calabrese "friends" wants him out of calabria as soon as possible..for all the problems he has caused in Calabria.

VFI expanding….
VFI are committed to promoting and constructing seventeen five start resorts in Southern Italy-Calabria, nine of which have been completed with many satisfied clients moving in and enjoying their new holiday homes.
One only has to look at what these two individuals along with the team at VFI have achieved in Southern Italy in such a short period. Is it any wonder they have decided to build on their success and expand.
After much research and request from our clients and worldwide network of agents, Antonio and Harry have decided to expand to new regions to include the beautiful Amalfi Coast and possibly Lake Como and Lake Garda and other regions are also on the drawing board for the future. How is your biggest development progressing ie JOTS? You should pay your sales commissions back to those investors that put their trust in you.

Why have VFI reneged on their promises,to their clients on JOTS?
Why did they disappear from what was their" FLAGSHIP" development.
We are not satisfied clients moving in and enjoying our holiday homes.
Totally stressed out client of VFI.

Hi Sarah,

I have tried to PM you but I keep on getting thrown out of this site so I couldn't do it.

Due to professional conflicts here I cannot go into too much detail (and I haven't really got involved in this forum too much becuase of it) but I do know that RDV, your builders are nice guys, having dealt with the owner a couple of times now.

They have confirmed that they hope to start building again by the end of the month - please don't quote me as you never know but I know they are sorting out all issues. Sorry to hear about your VFI experiences but you can join the boat, there are many of us in a similar position.

I know JOTS well and like the development and think you have done well down there. When it all works, though it may take time, you will have bought on a really good site and you will enjoy it down there I am sure.

Best wishes.

James

Hi Kathy,

I don't know what is wrong with the site but I keep on getting thrown off all the time!

My company have had dealings with RDV as we sold JOTS through VFI. Obviously we have stopped promoting property through them for obvious reasons.

We have been communicating with RDV direct now on behalf of our clients. Needless to say they too have problems but we are trying to do the best we can for them. We have been reassured by what RDV are saying and so that is what I am passing on.

Obviously I/we cannot promise anything but they seem genuine and happy to communicate which is always promising in these sorts of dealings.

It is difficult as I am a property buyer as well (on Pizzo Beach Club) so I have a personal and professional interest here.

I hope this reassues you in some way but let me know if you have any questions regarding this or anything else.

Best wishes.

James

Hi James

1) Think the RDV owner has been found guilty and is now inside for 10 years for Mafia involvement according to the link below
https://translate.google.co.uk/translat ... rev=search

2) The main solicitor involved was struck off by the SRA and taken to court by various claimants, according to link below
http://www.weightmans.com/library/newsl ... y-2015-hc/

3) The buyer calling himself the buyer's rep claiming to help buyers was in fact working with the mob and the struck off solicitor. This so called buyer's rep has now gone into hiding.

4) We already know how VFI profited as agents from this and walked out.

So how can you help James?

Very good question bellesanchez51. Maybe James has 'connections' in Calabria.....

If he has, what can he tell us about another failed VFI development - San Sostene Resort.
