We have just recieved the new plans for the Bella Vista II complex.
This is a ccompetely different set up than the complex we signed to.
The site is smaller
55 instead of the original 36 apartments
No tennis courts
Approx 4m2 total floor space missing from my new apartment

Surely all of these changes is a breach of contract !!!

best advice is read the posts earlier on this forum, contracts have been changed on other developments. Consult a good independent Solicitor about the problem, ask yourself how much do you want the property and are you prepared to walk away and may be wait for repayment of deposit/or lose it? Basically is the hassle worth it?

Hi ,
This is half of the problem in Calabria half of us never got what we paid for ,if we all got off of our buts and fought we would all be in a better position today.
They are just doing as they want in changing plans and compleation dates so dont beleave it will change when you get out there .They are going to take you for all they can.

This development needs to get sorted, there are far too many people have been let down. The companies involved are not doing and have not done there job. There has clearly been Zero due dilligence carried out on this project and would not trust the people involved as far as i could throw them.double check bank guarantees, contracts, request refund if possible going on for nearly two and a half years and site still not touched sorry not good enough Zero tolerance
