Hi. Just found these blogs on Sea Hills. Anyone thinking of buying, should think again. Any work being done is purely cosmetic - to help prevent anyone requesting their deposits back. Everyone we know who bought are desperately trying to get their money back! Do not be tempted by empty promises. Once they have your deposit, you will not hear from them again!

A court appearance was booked for this ***ing complex last week and spookily enough it was cancelled,,, now buyers are getting miracle completion by the end of April letters, the whole system down this neck of the woods stinks.
Nearly 18 months late no communication apart from threats, how my dream of the dolca vita has been shattered. No doubt the courts will find in this con mans favor and I will end up having to complete late, with no compensation or discount on a property I never want to set foot in.
This complex has changed names three times changed ownership probably as many times, all of a sudden the complex is being built and going to be ready to complete by the end of April. How long before the builders are needed back there to repair the "rushed botched" first attempt to put up these luxury apartments ???
What a disgraceful episode which has put so many people through endless worry and stress all because a man who was happy enough to take your deposit run for the hills when he hit problems and spent 2 years of his life ( in reality probably all of his adult life ) lying.
thats it rant over Rugby about to start so forgetting my deposit ever existed !!!!
New Development called Porto Violeta .................. this week anyway

Graham

So sorry, camera went on the blink but can report that windows are in, tiling of all floors has been carried out and when we were on site builders were finishing off some car parking areas. There is still a lot of work to be done on infrastructure such as access road and swimming pool but we were told that this will happen fairly quickly after the Italian August holidays. The developers haver also recieved European Cohesion Funding which aslo puts pressure on them to complete within certain timeframes so after a long wait we are begining to have some confidence that we will actually have an apartment in Brancaleone!

Hello there,
it looks like Corsilope's camera was working as they sent last Thursday to buyers several pictures. Unfortunately, my files are too big (and I do not know how to reduce the size to 256 kb) to be attached to this post. The pictures date from 04.10.11 and 16.09.11, show exteriors of 2 blocks as well as some interior rooms.

If anyone out there wants to get them, please do send me a PM with your mail address and I shall send them straight away. If I find out in the meantime how to reduce the kb, I will have another go on this forum.

Hi all!
I managed to find out how to reduce the size to below 256 kb! So please find attached the pictures we received from Corsilope, the developer and I think the company behind this site! Slightly different to reality!

looking at the photos, there does not seem to be a retaining wall for the hill behind the properties, does this mean more villas will be built behind? I think I would want a retaining wall on those hills, perhaps a geologist can tell us what they are made of?
Looks like you could complete soon.

Looking at the interactive map on the developer’s site (very glossy!) , one can see that we are in PHASE I. And it does look like another row - PHASE II – will be built behind the present building work (real time photos posted above). There seems to be a retaining wall between the “PHASE II row” and the villas (!!) they intend to build on the hill and for which there is no phase number!
But being totally left in the dark by the developer, and with the original plans, November 2007, completely changed, it is every one’s own interpretation!
