When we arrived we heard alpine bells. Discovered it was the neighbours returning from the hill top taverna

Allen, Thanks so much for taking the time to post these pics - they look great! (Was particularly impressed by the close proximity of your 'alpine' neighbours!)

Hi Sam
Thanks for looking at pics and for providing such an important well run Forum. It is much appreciated and and a very valued asset, thank you so much :).
we originaly reserved an Apt at Santa Clara, Monesterace, but they moved the site and we would have lost a lot of space with appalling views. Italian Connection guys were so helpfull and offered many alternatives to transfer our deposit to. When we first stood on the foundations at San Doinenico and realised what the views and the site would be when finished we went back to the office and signed up. G&L were also helpful and agreed to transfer our fixed fee to the site, but we had to fight a small bit at a later date to secure the agreement.
San Domenico development is almost a secret and does not feature very much. It is a shame because it is set in a Quet area amongst citrus groves and is a small 2/3 floor 30apt development with controlled gated access with communication direct to each Apt. It will have good gardens and a decent sized pool set into the garden. The balconies are a good size and some have large ones. It will suit those who like a relaxed quite atmosphere but have access to beach, shops etc within a short journey. The shops and beach are about 1Km or a 10 to 15 min walk away.
Locri,Siderno, Adore and Bovalino are close. We have used Locri hospital during our last visit and although the buildings are basic the staff were very helpfull and the medical diagnosis was spot on. As proven on our return to UK.
We are so excited and looking forward to completion around April/May time.
Keep up the good work and who knows one day we might meet for a drink or two on our balcony or by the pool.
Allen & Olive.

Dear Allen & Olive

Thank you so much for your message - it means a lot! I'm really glad that your purchase at San Domenico is going well too and yes, thank you I'd love to join you one evening on your balcony for a drink!

It's good to know too that your experience of the local hospital was so positive although I'm sorry it was necessary at all. I hope that all is well now?

With kind regards and best wishes,

Sam

Hi Vicki. Glad we were all able to help. We will be out there from 14th April for around four weeks so we should meet you then. I also know two other couples will be around in April so maybe we can have BBQ together one day.
We usually get together on our balcony and chew the cud over a drink or two. Looking forward to seeing you then.
Allen
