Dear all,

You may have noticed that the address of our website has changed to our new domain selectiveitaly.com, to reflect some exciting changes we are making to our business, which from 2013 will be called Selective Italy.

It has been some time that we have been working together with other property professionals in other parts of Italy and we now have agreements in place with developers in selected parts of Italy - hence the new name Selective Italy. For Calabria we have teamed up with Paul Claire of Calabrian Services in Pizzo - a natural match as we share a commitment to good customer service, have an extensive knowledge of the area and all have a genuine willingness to contribute to the local community.

We believe in offering a good and solid selection of properties in the most interesting parts of Italy and by teaming up with other professionals in select areas we can now offer our clients a new and more diverse and geographically varied portfolio.

I hope you wish us well and that for the benefit of anyone interested in buying in Italy you continue to contribute or moderate on this forum. If you need to receive your login information please use this form here: http://www.selectiveitaly.com/forum/ucp.php?mode=sendpassword

If you are on FaceBook, please "like" our profile at https://www.facebook.com/selectiveitaly - every little helps!

Dennis Onstenk
Selective Italy.

PS: the old addresses (incalabria.com and calabriahomes.com) will continue operating with a page-level redirect so there is no need to update bookmarks/favourites and links.

Sounds like an exciting time for you all.

Just to let you know I wasn't redirected. I thought you had 'gone to dust'. Took me a while to find you. Probably just me though.

Hi Mrs. - this weekend many changes were applied to the website that involved server downtime. Hope that explains it, otherwise please let me know what happened.

Ah yes - the simple question of what language is spoken in Calabria must be switched on to keep the spammers out!

And I suppose the correct answer is: 'Italian + Calabrese + Latin + Greek + German + Romanian + Danish + French + English etc.' :-)

Whoops!
Mama Mia!
I forgot them.
But, in mitigation, they turned up in the 15th. century, a little before my time.
Swedes I can understand for they invented ABBA, Kurt Wallender, IKEA, Saab (RIP) & the Muppet chef.
But what have the Albanians done for us?
